Synthesis report (1997 – 2000). Member of the International Association of Climatology (AIC), since1990. Expert from UNDP and IPCC since 1989. Member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Studies(IPCC /GIEC / WMO / UNDP / UNEP), since 1989. Member of the Commissions of Climatology and Agricultural Meteorology of the WMO, Since 1988.
